Reporting directly to the Group Controller, this is a rare opportunity to influence Executive Leadership, lead an international finance function and shape strategic financial decision-making across one of the organisation's most significant global business areas. You'll lead a global finance function of approximately 20 professionals across both onshore and offshore teams, creating an environment where talented people thrive whilst delivering exceptional financial leadership to the wider business. Acting as a trusted strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team and Global Function Leaders, you'll provide meaningful commercial challenge, influence major investment decisions and ensure the business continues to achieve its ambitious strategic objectives. You'll oversee global planning, forecasting, reporting and business partnering across the Enabling Functions, driving best-in-class financial performance whilst leading finance transformation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives across an evolving international organisation.
