Môrwell Talent Solutions is proud to be partnering with a well-established business in Crumlin to recruit a confident and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join their small, friendly finance team on a temporary basis.

Starting on the 4th of August, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeper looking for part-time hours in a supportive and collaborative environment. You\’ll be playing a key role in assisting the Finance Manager across a variety of financial duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices using Sage 50 & Xero
  • Reconcile supplier statements and manage BACS payments
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and manage shared mailboxes
  • Carry out weekly credit control processes, chasing payments over the telephone and via email
  • Prepare and send monthly customer statements
  • Process staff expenses and credit card transactions
  • Liaise with suppliers and maintain up-to-date records
  • Ensure all entries meet HMRC VAT guidelines

About You:

  • AAT studier with at least 1 years\’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and able to work independently
  • Experience with Sage 50 or Xero is desirable but not essential
  • Confident Microsoft Excel user
  • A proactive, organised and professional approach
