Morva Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing business in Mid Cornwall who are looking for a Warehouse & Despatch Supervisor to join their team. This is a hands-on role overseeing daily warehouse and despatch operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched efficiently while supporting a small team and keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily warehouse and despatch operations
- Coordinating goods in, storage, picking and dispatch
- Supervising and supporting warehouse staff
- Ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed and ready for distribution
- Maintaining stock accuracy and organisation
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed
- Regular use of a Forklift Truck to move and load goods
