We are seeking a reliable and proactive Stores Operative to join a well-respected manufacturing business that truly looks after their employees. Previous stores or warehouse experience is essential, and we’re also looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking and issuing electrical components for production
  • Loading and unloading deliveries using appropriate equipment (training provided)
  • Safe and efficient movement of materials across site
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised stores/yard environment
  • Recording stock movements accurately on the system
  • Supporting production teams with timely materials supply
  • Assisting with additional tasks as needed to support operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Warehouse/stores experience preferred
  • Electrical component knowledge would be highly advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good communicator with attention to detail
  • FLT or relevant handling equipment license a bonus (training available)
