Residential Property Manager Location: Truro office, covering Cornwall & Devon Salary: £30,000 starting + benefits (DOE) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Morva Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a respected Southwest property management company specialising in environmentally responsible and sustainable developments. They are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their team and help deliver exceptional service to residents while promoting environmental best practice. You’ll manage a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring smooth operations, excellent leaseholder relations, and high-quality maintenance standards — all while supporting the company’s mission to create greener, more sustainable communities. What you’ll be doing: * Act as the main point of contact for leaseholders, handling queries and resolving issues quickly * Coordinate and oversee contractors for planned and reactive maintenance * Conduct regular site inspections and ensure health & safety compliance * Prepare service charge budgets and documentation * Build strong relationships with residents, suppliers, and partners * Organise and attend resident meetings and engagement events * Drive community, environmental, and sustainability initiatives * Travel across Cornwall and Devon to manage sites effectively What we’re looking for: * 2–3 years’ experience in block or residential property management * TPI qualification or equivalent (or working towards) * Strong admin and communication skills * Confident with contractors, suppliers, residents, and corporate stakeholders * Full UK driving licence and own vehicle * Flexible and adaptable approach with strong organisational skills What’s on offer: * £30,000 starting salary (DOE) * 28 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays) * Pension scheme * 1 paid volunteer day per quarter * Ongoing training & professional development * Progression opportunities in a growing business 📩 To apply or find out more, contact Morva Recruitment today
