Morva Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering workshop that designs and develops innovative products. Our client is seeking a highly motivated Quality Manager to oversee all aspects of Quality, ensuring compliance with BS EN 1090, ISO 9001 and the company’s QMS/FPC systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement in a forward-thinking environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead on all aspects of Quality, supporting the company’s accreditations and compliance. * Act as Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC), overseeing welding procedures, inspections, and staff qualifications. * Prepare the business for external audits and maintain accurate quality documentation. * Develop and coach staff to strengthen skills and embed a right-first-time culture. * Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as required. * Support continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop. * Maintain close communication with production and welding staff to ensure standards are upheld. About You * Previous experience in Quality Management within engineering or manufacturing. * Knowledge of BS EN 1090, ISO 9001, ISO 3834, and ISO 9606-1. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of quality processes. * RWC experience advantageous, although training can be provided.
