Due to increased demand, they’re expanding their Tendering team and are now looking for a highly organised Proposals Administrator.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position where you’ll play a key role in pulling together accurate, timely and well-structured quotations and proposal documentation. You’ll be working closely with multiple internal teams, helping to ensure projects are commercially sound and delivered efficiently from the outset.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the delivery of major projects focused on sustainable water treatment solutions
- Coordinating inputs from sales, projects, finance and HPS teams
- Compiling reactive service and maintenance quotations using established pricing frameworks
- Submitting quotations via client portals
- Preparing detailed project costings, including labour, plant and materials
- Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely submission of all documentation
- Building a strong understanding of the company’s engineering solutions and technologies (full training provided)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or proposals-focused role
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and managing stakeholder input
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with D365 would be advantageous (training available)
- Exposure to the water industry or reactive maintenance environments is beneficial, but not essential
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines effectively
