Morva Recruitment are currently looking for a Production Operative/Technician to join a successful and growing company based in Indian Queens. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in production, manufacturing, workshop, warehouse, or hands-on environments who is looking for a stable, long-term career with a business that values its people. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, helping to keep production running smoothly by ensuring materials are organised, available when needed, and orders move through the workshop efficiently.

The role will involve:

  • Moving materials and components between different areas of production
  • Preparing items ready for the next stage of the manufacturing process
  • Supporting the workshop team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Updating production information and stock movements on internal systems
  • Checking accuracy of items and reporting any issues
  • Working closely with production, stores, and quality teams
  • Maintaining a safe, tidy, and organised working environment

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience within a production, manufacturing, workshop, warehouse, or similar environment
  • Is comfortable using computer systems to update information (training provided)
  • Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work
  • Works well as part of a team but can also manage tasks independently
  • Has a positive attitude and is willing to support where needed

Experience with stock systems, ERP systems, manufacturing processes, or forklift/material handling would be beneficial but is not essential.
