Morva Recruitment are working with a well-established South West M&E contractor supporting delivery on a Tier 1 commercial project in Helston. We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to take ownership on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role
You’ll be the key link between the site team and senior management, overseeing electrical fitters and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on a busy commercial project.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising electrical operatives on site
- Coordinating daily activities to ensure programme deadlines are met
- Acting as the main point of contact between the main contractor and Contracts Manager
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with current regulations
- Monitoring quality and productivity on site
- Supporting problem-solving and keeping works moving forward
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within commercial electrical projects
- Minimum SSSTS (SMSTS preferred)
- Electrically qualified
- Strong understanding of site processes and health & safety
- Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Reliable, organised and proactive approach
