We are seeking a reliable and proactive Stores Operative to join a well-respected manufacturing business that truly looks after their employees. Previous stores or warehouse experience is essential, and we’re also looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and issuing electrical components for production
- Loading and unloading deliveries using appropriate equipment (training provided)
- Safe and efficient movement of materials across site
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised stores/yard environment
- Recording stock movements accurately on the system
- Supporting production teams with timely materials supply
- Assisting with additional tasks as needed to support operations
What We’re Looking For
- Warehouse/stores experience preferred
- Electrical component knowledge would be highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good communicator with attention to detail
- FLT or relevant handling equipment license a bonus (training available)
