We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator (2 days per week) to join a busy and supportive Aftermarket Team, based at a company’s Head Office in Indian Queens. This is a key position providing day-to-day administrative support across hire equipment, spare parts, retrofits, upgrades and servicing. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, thrives in a team environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
You will play an important part in supporting the wider team, helping to improve efficiency and ensuring enquiries and processes are handled in a timely and professional manner. Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the triage of incoming enquiries based on priority
- Preparing standard quotations for approval
- Creating and maintaining document files
- Liaising with clients via email and telephone
- Assisting with and redirecting client enquiries where required
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Recording meeting minutes and tracking actions
- Working closely with other departments to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met
- Following all company and customer HSE policies and procedures
You may also be required to support with additional administrative duties as the business requires.
We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with both colleagues and clients.
Essential experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
