Morva Recruitment are working with a growing business delivering water and environmental projects across the UK, helping to protect our water, rivers and environment.
They're looking for a Project Planner to join their team but don't be put off by the title!
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, great with systems, confident with Excel and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. Experience with Microsoft Project would be ideal, but training can be provided for the right person.
The role
You'll work closely with a team of around 14 Project Managers, helping to:
Keep project programmes and information up to date.
Update and maintain programmes using Microsoft Project.
Produce reports and project updates.
Keep documentation and systems organised.
Spot potential issues and flag them early.
Support the PMO team with general project administration and planning.
Help improve processes and ways of working.
We're looking for someone who:
Is organised, reliable and detail-focused.
Is confident using Microsoft Office and Excel.
Enjoys working with systems and data.
Is comfortable communicating with different people and chasing information when needed.
Can manage multiple priorities.
Has Microsoft Project experience or is keen to learn.
Previous experience in Project Administration, Project Coordination, PMO, Planning or a similar organised role would be great.
NEC, D365 and Power BI experience would be a bonus not essential.
