We are excited to announce a brand-new opportunity for an Area Sales Manager, focused on driving pre-booked growth across our Bel & The Dragon and Lovely Pubs businesses. This is an exceptional role for a passionate, results-driven sales professional looking to shape and execute impactful sales strategies across multiple premium sites. You’ll play a key role in driving growth across all pre-book areas - including events, private dining, and large group bookings - while expanding our client base and supporting long-term business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic pre-booked sales plan across multiple locations
- Drive growth in all areas of pre-booked business: events, food & drink, and private hire
- Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development
- Build and manage strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Co-create and deliver tailored room sales strategies for weddings, conferences, and events
- Collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Provide leadership/guidance of site roles
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in multi-site sales within hospitality or events
- A proactive, strategic mindset with a strong commercial focus
- Confident CRM user with experience managing client pipelines
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
