We are excited to announce a brand-new opportunity for an Area Sales Manager, focused on driving pre-booked growth across our Bel & The Dragon and Lovely Pubs businesses. This is an exceptional role for a passionate, results-driven sales professional looking to shape and execute impactful sales strategies across multiple premium sites. You'll play a key role in driving growth across all pre-book areas - including events, private dining, and large group bookings - while expanding our client base and supporting long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic pre-booked sales plan across multiple locations
  • Drive growth in all areas of pre-booked business: events, food & drink, and private hire
  • Identify new business opportunities and support pipeline development
  • Build and manage strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
  • Co-create and deliver tailored room sales strategies for weddings, conferences, and events
  • Collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide leadership/guidance of site roles

  • Proven experience in multi-site sales within hospitality or events
