Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality? Morton's Kitchen is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to help run the show!

Nestled in the Heart of Dickens Heath's village square, Morton's Kitchen offers a stylish and welcoming setting for any occasion.

We are known for our relaxing yet vibrant atmosphere, and a meet up spot for the local community.

Serving Brunch from 9am until noon, and an A La Carte menu and bespoke daily specials for lunch and dinner, all day every day.

Whether it be for a coffee catch up, delicious dish from our A La Carte menu, or to enjoy our live music over a cocktail with friends and family, we're the place to visit!

In October 2025, Morton's underwent a full refurbishment - this is an exciting new chapter for the venue and it's the perfect opportunity to welcome a passionate Assistant Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping its future success.

Role entails

  • Support the Deputy and General Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Lead and motivate a fast-paced, talented team
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and top-notch food & drink quality
  • Keep everything running smoothly from floor to cellar
  • Carry out all paperwork and house checks to adhere to company policies

Our Offer

  • Basic up to £36,000 per annum plus tronc (that’s your card tips that are paid into your bank). If hourly rate is preferred, this can also be discussed.
