Mortonhall Golf Club is currently seeking an experienced Chef De Partie who is enthusiastic and a driven individual to join our team. This is a permanent position where the successful applicant will work an average of 40 hours a week (on annualised hours). In this role, evening and weekend work will be expected throughout your employment.
This position will work closely with our senior chefs, while being responsible for a section within the kitchen, ensuring a consistent and high-quality food offering is provided. The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years relevant industry experience.
- Be able to take direction from the head chef while assisting with the daily running of the kitchen.
- Be responsible for running a section during the day to day service.
