About this Role
The idealcandidate will provide dedicated personal care and wellbeing support to pupilswith additional needs, ensuring their safety, comfort and dignity throughoutthe school day. Responsibilities include supporting with personal hygiene,mobility, medical and physical needs, and emotional regulation, enabling pupilsto access learning and daily routines. The role requires close collaborationwith teaching staff, SEN teams and external professionals, and a strongcommitment to safeguarding, inclusion and promoting pupils' independence.
Who We're Looking For
Morton PrimaryAcademy is seeking a caring and committed Level 1 Teaching Assistant to supportpupils with additional needs. The role includes providing personal care,supporting physical and emotional wellbeing, and helping pupils access learningsafely and with dignity. Working closely with teaching and SEN staff, the Level1 Teaching Assistant will play a key role in promoting independence, inclusionand safeguarding within a supportive school environment.
