Summary of Role
To provide an excellent client service to both internal and external clients; managing the day-to-day operation of the client suite and all services provided within the client suite. This is a part-time role, based in our Edinburgh office. Working pattern will be Thursday and Friday, 7 hours per day within the time period of 8.30am-5.30pm.
Key Tasks
- Provide an excellent front-of-house service, offering a warm welcome to all clients and visitors and recording the use of visitor security passes.
- Answer and transfer calls via the switchboard in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure all hospitality requirements are catered for, from ordering through to service and clear up.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping of the Client Suite, including all meeting rooms.
- Book business travel and accommodation as requested and ensure tickets are given to individuals on a timely basis.
- Provide advice and set up of audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms.
- Deal with other administrative tasks (e.g. electronic faxes, email enquiries, invoices, stock control) in a diligent and conscientious manner.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience of working in a busy reception, or within a professional services environment, would be advantageous. Requires an individual who has the ability to multitask whilst also maintaining a professional and friendly service. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally.
