The Role
As a Junior Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations. Your role will include leading sections and supervising junior staff. In addition to assisting in all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality food.
- Effective communication and able to work collaboratively with others, in a team focused environment.
