Set in a seven-storey Art Deco building in the heart of London's Fitzrovia, Mortimer House brings beautifully designed work, social and wellbeing spaces together under one roof. The Role
You will be vibrant and passionate about exciting our guests. A natural people person, you will be engaging, have a thirst for excellence and keep abreast of changing trends. You will offer a fun and relaxed atmosphere to guests and the team alike, to deliver on an outstanding beverage offering at Mortimer House.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understands the heritage of wines, beers and spirits and shares that knowledge and passion

- Experienced cocktail maker with a good understanding of mixology
