About Maslow's Maslow's is a collection of premium members' houses, located in London's vibrant Fitzrovia, Soho and Kensington.

Inspired by Maslow's hierarchy of needs, these spaces cater to both professional ambition and personal fulfilment, offering private offices, shared workspaces, fitness studios, bespoke meeting rooms, rooftop bars, restaurants, and curated cultural events.

Unlike traditional offices or impersonal coworking spaces, Maslow's houses are warm, tactile, and energizing - designed for enhanced productivity in a familiar, relaxed setting.

Maslow's fosters connection, conversation, and restoration, ensuring members thrive in an environment where time feels well spent.

Maslow's Kensington, which opened in June 2026, operates two floors of private members co-working space - 31 private offices and a total of 303 desks, with a café and bar – all just a stone's throw from High Street Kensington.

Your New Role Lead one of London's most exciting hospitality-led flexible workspaces.

Combining luxury hospitality, premium offices, member experience, events, wellness and community, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional workplace where businesses and people thrive.

Our operating hours between 7am – 7pm, Monday to Friday.

The Front of House Restaurant team, Events and Reception teams report into this role.
