Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to facilitate the day‑to‑day running of the school office under senior staff guidance.
  • Act as First Aider, administering first aid to students or staff during the school day.
  • Cover Reception on a daily basis for short periods, dealing with enquiries from parents, carers and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team with a calm, professional and caring persona.
  • Courteous and caring behaviour towards students, colleagues and parents at all times.
  • Previous experience in a school environment is an advantage.
