A performance related quarterly bonus you could earn around an additional £100 - £200 plus a month!
Hybrid working: once competent, the working pattern is then 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Are you working in Admin? Even a recent college leaver looking to kickstart your career in Customer Service / Administration? OR... Are you experienced in high levels of attention to detail, we care about what we do and have a lot of regulatory requirements to follow so there’s very specific ways we must operate.
What you’ll be doing:
- We have a dedicated Training team, supporting you in small training teams over your 3 weeks Induction.
- Once completed, your exciting career step in role is fully structured with your new team members and leader.
- Responding to customer/third party correspondence.
- Speaking with third parties/solicitors to help with their queries.
- A clear development pathway via a variety of learning tools available. Including a milestone framework which recognises and rewards your learning and performance.
- Responding to correspondence sent by the court.
- Preparing draft litigation documents for review.
You’ll spend the first three weeks in office for training Monday-Friday 8am - 4.30pm.
Once you’re ready to go, you’ll move into our weekly shift patterns (37.5-hours per week contract): Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm.
Please note we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any holiday during the first 3-4 weeks initial training period.
