Morthyng Group Limited is a registered charity and voluntary sector training provider that has supported the training of young people and adults. We are looking for a Student Support Officer to join us at our Warrington office.
Responsibilities- You will manage a caseload of young people aged 16‑19 on the study programme.
- The role includes working with young people to identify and arrange suitable training and work‑taster opportunities, agreeing their learning plan, monitoring attendance, providing mentoring and coaching, and sourcing placements.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Computer literate
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Cheerful disposition
- Flexibility, adaptability and a willingness to embrace change
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Hold or be willing to work towards IAG Level 3 or 4
