Morthyng Group Limited is a registered charity and voluntary sector training provider and a 'not for profit' organisation that has supported the training of young people and adults. We are seeking an experienced Tutor to work with young people aged 16 β 19 on our study programmes. This is an opportunity to use your skills and experience to work with young people facing some of the greatest challenges. You will have the ability to motivate, engage, and use innovative teaching resources and have a proven track record of working with disadvantaged learners and experience in delivering Pearson BTEC Qualifications.
What you need:
- Good presentation, organisational, planning and time management skills
- Strong command of subject matter with recent experience in occupational area
- Experience and related knowledge of teaching young people aged 16-19
- Vocational qualification at level 3 or proven experience
- English & Mathematics Level 2 or above
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Student centred in approach to teaching and learning
