Morthyng Group Limited is a registered charity and voluntary sector training provider and a 'not for profit' organisation that has supported the training of young people and adults. They are looking for a Student Support Officer to join them based at Rotherham.
You will manage a caseload of young people aged 16-19 on the study programme. The role includes:
- Working with young people to identify and arrange suitable training and work taster opportunities
- Agreeing their learning plan
- Monitoring attendance
- Mentoring and coaching
- Sourcing placements
The applicant should hold or be willing to work towards IAG Level 3 or 4.

- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- To be computer literate
- A high level of written and oral communication skills
- A cheerful disposition
- Flexibility, adaptability and a willingness to embrace change
- Able to work as part of a team
