Morthyng Group Limited is a registered charity and voluntary sector training provider and a 'not for profit' organisation that has supported the training of young people and adults. They are looking for a LLDD Classroom Assistant to join their team in Warrington.
\n
This post is working within a team on an innovative programme supporting young people with special needs. The role includes supporting educational, personal & social development needs, providing pastoral support, mentoring, and motivating the LLDD learners to address barriers to education and employment.

What you need:

- Ability to support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities
- Organisational and planning skills
- Enthusiasm, creativity and drive to promote learning opportunities
- To take responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
- Flexibility, adaptability and a willingness to embrace change
- Able to work as part of a team
- Prepared to work under own initiative and to deadlines
- Conscientious, honest and reliable
