Mortgage Monkeys is a locally focused mortgage advice firm based in Exeter. They are known for clear, honest advice, long-term client relationships, and giving advisers the freedom to run their own business properly—without targets, pressure, or micromanagement.

They're looking for an experienced, self-employed Mortgage Adviser based in or around Exeter who wants to build something of their own with the backing of an established firm. Some leads can be provided, but this role is best suited to someone who wants to drive their own new business, with full support from us to help make that happen.

As the business grows, there will also be opportunities to grow with it, including potential progression into wealth management for advisers who want to broaden their offering over time.

What we’re looking for:
  • CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice qualified
  • At least 12 months’ experience advising on mortgages and protection

  • Based in or around Exeter
