This is a great opening to really get some hands on, practical experience and start your career in the mortgage business! We could see that, within time the progression of becoming a qualified MA, sponsored, and supported by us, would really be there for the taking.
Working alongside one of our best Mortgage Advisors, you will support and manage our customer’s journey and conduct first chats (Fact Finds) to support their mortgage application.
Arun Estates has over 100 branches across the Southeast and our Mortgage services team, (Mortgage Matters) is vital in providing our customers with additional services to help them move home. Locally known as Wards of Kent, we also incorporate Cubitt & West, Pittis on the Isle of Wight, and Douglas Allen in East London and Essex.
What will I be doing?
Conducting first appointments (Fact Finds) with our customers, building rapport and collating all details and requirements for their mortgage application
You will be providing a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients with the ability to provide regular updates and information
Liaising with our internal Customer Service Advisors, Lenders and team of solicitors to progress applications through to exchange and completion
Maintaining a compliant service in line with the Financial Services Authority and our obligations to/from clients under the Data Protection Act
