Location: Bournemouth/Hybrid - We will consider candidates located outside the Bournemouth area depending on location and experience.

As we scale, we are expanding our compliance function and seeking experienced professionals to protect our growing network.
The Role
This position is based within the Compliance department of Mortgage Intelligence, a mortgage and protection network. You will report to Head of Compliance and act as a key contact for our advisers, managing complex queries, assessing business risks, and protecting customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing financial promotions
- Reviewing introducers
- Undertake Fitness & Propriety checks on firms
- Complete welcome calls to new members
- Issue compliance bulletins
- Complaint handling and management
- Carry out root cause analysis
