We’re now looking for exceptional individuals to complement and help grow our fantastic team. This is a rare opportunity: you’ll be provided with a well-established, loyal portfolio of active clients built on decades of trust, expertise, and results. You’ll also benefit from a structured induction and training programme to ensure a smooth transition and maintain client confidence from day one. You’ll collaborate closely with our wider broker team and dedicated client relationship managers, sharing knowledge and delivering the outstanding service we’re known for.
What We Offer

Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced, successful Buy-to-Let brokers AND
- Experienced, successful Residential brokers
You should be:
- CeMAP qualified
- Experienced in Buy-to-Let and OR Residential mortgage broking, with demonstrable sales skills
- Familiar with bridging finance (advantageous but not essential)
- Proactive, ambitious, and ready to make an immediate impact
- Relationship-focused, delivering a personal and professional service
- A confident communicator committed to client care and regulatory excellence
