We are a Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) Branded Outlet occupying a prime high-street position in Treorchy, with a back-office hub in Cardiff. Led by a Principal with 20 years of industry expertise, we boast a highly active back book of loyal clients ready to be serviced.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert, compliant, and regulated mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
- Mine and nurture our extensive 20-year client back book to identify remortgage, moving, and protection opportunities.
- Capitalise on walk-in business and local leads generated via our prominent Treorchy high-street presence.
- Deliver an exceptional, end-to-end customer experience, building long-term relationships that generate referrals.
What We Are Looking For
- Fully CeMAP Qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven track record as a successful Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, you want the freedom of being self-employed but value the infrastructure of a trusted brand.
