About The Role
We’re seeking a Senior QA with strong automation skills to help drive quality across a modern, microservices-based platform used throughout the financial services sector. You’ll play a key part in shaping our test strategy, accelerating delivery and ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and release-ready. Working in a cross functional Agile squad, you’ll lead the design and implementation of automated test frameworks, improve coverage across APIs and UI and collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners and DevOps to embed quality at every stage of the lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead automation across your delivery stream, defining and improving test frameworks
- Build and maintain automated test suites covering API, integration, and UI flows
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, repeatable deployments
- Partner with Engineering and DevOps to increase test effectiveness and quality
- Analyse and communicate defects, risks, and test outcomes with clarity
- Execute targeted manual testing when needed for complex scenarios
- Use SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, and supporting end-to-end tests
