Permanent, Full-time Hybrid - 2-3 days at our Derby office, the rest working from home. Up to £35,000 plus benefits.

We're looking for a People & Culture Adviser to join our growing team, supporting colleagues, managers and leaders across MAB and over time, our wider group businesses. What You'll Be Doing
- With around 60% of your time focused on employee relations, you'll be a trusted Adviser to managers, providing practical support and guidance on areas including performance, conduct, absence, grievances and capability.
- Support managers through performance and appraisal cycles.
- Provide advice on policies, procedures and HR best practice.
- Keep the business up to date with employment law and legislative changes.
- Analyse people data and identify trends and insights.
- Build reports and support process and workflow improvements.
- Contribute to People & Culture projects and initiatives that enhance the colleague experience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an HR Adviser or similar role and be confident managing employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience coaching and supporting managers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience using people data, reporting and HR systems (Cascade/IRIS would be an advantage).
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (Level 5 or working towards is preferred).
