They currently seek an experienced Mortgage & Protection broker to deal with an abundance of leads from their established client bank on a retention and remortgage basis, working from their Bromley HQ!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high standards of professional advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products
- Oversee each application through to completion and liaise with administrators and other departments
- Gather sufficient information to identify customer’s needs
- Build rapport with customers and follow up on all leads
- Ensure all relevant documents have been completed in a timely manner
What are we looking for:
- Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets and expectations
- Possess a professional and flexible attitude, driven and passionate about mortgages & protection
- The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS Check
