Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is the UK's leading mortgage broker, with its unique partnership model geared towards strategic growth and winning 250+ awards for the quality of its advice and service.

One of our highly respected, market leading & award winning mortgage broker & estate agency business partners is seeking a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Adviser in KENT to work within their established estate agency business.

Working from this busy office as a mortgage adviser on a hybrid basis, 3 days per week, 2 days from home, you will have access to a fantastic lead source with appointments and leads generated by the established sales teams.

The remuneration for the mortgage adviser role will be on a competitive employed package and we anticipate that successful candidates will earn in the region of £50,000 + pa once established.

As a competent Mortgage Adviser, you will be CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with at least 2 years or more experience in whole of market mortgage broking. Experience of working within the estate agency sector would be useful although not essential; however, a demonstrable sales background as a Mortgage Adviser is important.
