This role offers an experienced Mortgage Adviser a chance to transition from a sales‑based position into Compliance and Regulatory Governance.

You will apply your knowledge of FCA regulation, Adviser standards and customer outcomes to support our community of advisers and maintain industry‑leading frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Review adviser files using a structured framework to ensure the right customer outcomes are achieved.
  • Identify risks, trends and opportunities to enhance advice quality.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance on remedial actions.
  • Collaborate with advisers, business owners and colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
  • Share best practice and support a culture of learning and development.

Qualifications

  • Ce MAP qualification (essential).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the mortgage advice industry.
  • Ownership, sound judgement and the ability to make confident decisions.
  • Attention to detail and risk identification.
  • Time‑management skills to meet review targets.
  • Positive relationship‑building across all levels.
  • Professional and integrative communication skills.
  • Working towards or holding Ce RER (desirable).
