Are you ready to shape the future of our business? We’re looking for an experienced M&A Integration Lead to design and deliver a group-wide integration framework that ensures every acquisition strengthens our business and culture. This is a newly created, high-impact role where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and own the M&A integration framework for acquired businesses, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Lead end-to-end integration planning and execution – from due diligence through post-acquisition stabilisation.
- Partner with senior leaders (COO, Chief Transformation Officer, CFO) to align integration priorities with business objectives.
- Assess commercial and operational impacts, designing roadmaps that optimise performance and reduce risk.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Operations, Technology, People & Culture, and Compliance.
- Monitor and report on integration progress, risks, and benefits realisation to the executive team.
- Champion cultural alignment and best practices across diverse business units.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in M&A integration leadership within a multi-entity organisation (ideally financial services or regulated industry).
- Experience building frameworks and processes for complex integrations.
- Strong commercial acumen – able to identify and deliver value from acquisitions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, influencing at all levels including C-Suite.
- Robust programme/project management discipline with governance and risk focus.
- Data-led approach to measuring success and driving accountability.
- Strategic thinker who balances value, risk, and customer impact.
