This role sits at the heart of our Marketing team, bringing structure, clarity and momentum to an evolving, creative environment. You’ll oversee workflows, manage priorities, align stakeholders and make sure our teams are set up to deliver high‑quality work both on time and on budget.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the central point of contact between creative, digital, network and wider business teams.
  • Maintaining and optimising our project management tools and processes (using Asana).
  • Ensuring quality, consistency and brand standards are met across all deliverables.
  • Identifying risks early and proactively resolving issues before they impact delivery.
  • Managing marketing suppliers, contracts and spend, working closely with finance and risk teams.
  • Providing clear reporting and visibility on progress, risks and timelines to senior stakeholders.

About You

You bring experience from a role such as marketing operations, account management, project coordination or a similar delivery‑focused position, within a commercially driven environment.

You’ll Also Have

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities confidently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Experience using project management tools (Asana, Monday.com or similar).
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset – you spot issues before they become problems.
  • Understanding of creative, digital and marketing workflows.
  • A high level of attention to detail and pride in accuracy and consistency.
  • Project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2) are desirable but not essential.

Recruitment Process

  • 1st stage: Introduction call with our Group TA Manager.
  • 1st stage interview: Teams call with our hiring team.
  • 2nd stage interview: in‑person at our Derby office with the hiring team.

  • Matched pension contribution (L&G).
  • Share save scheme (Equinity).
  • Retail discounts.
  • Free entertainment tickets.
  • Flexible working hours with hybrid working for Head Office roles (as agreed with your line manager).
  • A wide range of Learning & Development offers, from 121 coaching to qualification support, helping you to grow and thrive in your career.
  • A supportive, inclusive culture with forums you’re welcome to join from day 1, using your voice to make MAB an even better place to work.
