We're looking for our first dedicated Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing team and help unlock the full potential of our digital customer journeys. This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to take ownership of CRO across multiple lead sources, including our website, digital tools, introducer relationships and network of over 200 mortgage firms. As the subject matter expert for conversion optimisation, you'll use data, insight and experimentation to identify opportunities, improve customer experiences and drive measurable business growth.
You will be joining MAB at an exciting time, with a major rebrand and continued investment in our digital experience. You'll have the autonomy to build and shape our optimisation roadmap from the ground up, influencing how we approach conversion improvement across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the development and delivery of MAB's CRO strategy across key digital channels.
- Creating and managing a programme of A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion performance.
- Analysing customer behaviour and user journey data to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Building and maintaining a CRO roadmap aligned to business objectives and lead generation targets.
- Collaborating with Marketing, UX and Development teams to implement, evaluate and continuously improve digital experiences.
- Using performance data and customer insight to influence recommendations and decision-making.
- Reporting on outcomes, sharing actionable insights and driving a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
- Acting as MAB's CRO specialist, championing best practice and helping shape future optimisation initiatives.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a commercially minded digital specialist with a passion for customer experience, experimentation and continuous improvement. You'll bring:
- Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), digital optimisation, UX optimisation, growth marketing or a similar role.
- Strong experience running A/B and multivariate testing programmes.
- A data-driven approach with the ability to analyse customer behaviour and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Optimizely, Hotjar, Engage and Google Analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- A proactive, curious mindset and a desire to challenge the status quo.
- The confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HTML and CSS would be advantageous but isn't essential.
