Overview
CRM Manager role at Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) – 12 month fixed term contract (maternity cover). Hybrid working: 3 days a week at Derby office, 2 days from home. Up to £37,000 plus benefits.
About The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded CRM Manager to take full ownership of CRM testing, lead generation and conversion strategy across a multi-brand business. You’ll be hands-on with tools such as Salesforce, designing and optimising campaigns that drive measurable results. This is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a well-established role where you’re able to nurture our CRM strategy to continue delivering excellent results.
About You
You’ll bring experience in testing and managing a CRM system and strategy, ideally gained in a group, agency, or consultancy environment. You’re results-driven, data-savvy and confident tracking key metrics to inform strategy. With a proactive mindset and strong commercial instincts, you thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to tailor CRM journeys that convert. Salesforce experience is highly desirable.
Recruitment Process
- Stage 1: 30 minute screening call with our Recruitment Manager
- Stage 2: 30 minute MS Teams interview with our Head of Digital Marketing focused on competencies and culture fit
- Stage 3: 1 hour in-person interview at our Derby office including a task-based assessment
