Mortgage Advice Bureau’s Commissions team process millions of pounds worth of transactions every week for approximately 200 mortgage firms within our network. As Commissions Assistant, you will be responsible for processing weekly commission payments and dealing with enquiries from our firms and businesses.

Mortgage Advice Bureau’s Commissions team process millions of pounds worth of transactions every week for approximately 200 mortgage firms within our network. As Commissions Assistant, you will be responsible for processing weekly commission payments and dealing with enquiries from our firms and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile commissions payments, including weekly imports of commission statements
- Deal with various insurance providers and lenders on a daily basis
- Effectively resolve email and banking queries in a timely manner
- Handle telephone queries in a professional manner
- Input accurate information into our banking platform and other relevant systems
About You
- Experience of working in a financial environment, or a keen interest in gaining experience within a finance team
- Exceptional customer service skills, including an excellent telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Great attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- A resourceful and pro-active attitude
- The ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team
