Join Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) in Cheltenham/Tewkesbury/Welsh borders as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. This is a full-time or self-employed position with uncapped commission and full support.

We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team. If you love helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams while ensuring they’re financially protected, we want to hear from you!
The role involves working with a market-leading estate agency practice with 4-5 branches, offering plenty of leads and support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Chatting with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
- Offering expert, honest advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
- Guiding people through the home-buying journey – making it less scary!
- Staying on top of market changes and lender criteria.
What We’re Looking For:
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent, must have).
- Previous experience in mortgage advising.
- Great communicator and genuinely good with people.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload.
