Join Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) in Cheltenham/Tewkesbury/Welsh borders as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. This is a full-time or self-employed position with uncapped commission and full support.

We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team. The role involves working with a market-leading estate agency practice with 4-5 branches, offering plenty of leads and support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Chatting with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
  • Offering expert, honest advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
  • Guiding people through the home-buying journey – making it less scary!
  • Staying on top of market changes and lender criteria.

What We’re Looking For:

  • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent, must have).
  • Previous experience in mortgage advising.
  • Great communicator and genuinely good with people.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload.
