Do you want a steady flow of quality leads and strong developer partnerships to help you turn enquiries into completions? MAB New Homes is a specialist brokerage in the UK new homes sector. We are hiring a New Build Mortgage & Protection Adviser to support our growing network.
You will manage new build buyers from first enquiry through to completion. You'll work closely with housebuilder teams, helping more customers secure their homes while increasing your own earnings through strong conversion. Weekend work is part of the role, supporting busy sales periods and site events.
- Provide clear mortgage advice to new build buyers, including scheme-led purchases
- Qualify buyers quickly to help secure reservations and keep sales moving
