We're on the lookout for a passionate, people-focused Sales Manager to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee and conduct monthly team meetings, which include 121s and business reviews.
  • Make sure that the team meets and surpasses performance goals.
  • Supervise the team leader and mortgage progression team to promote growth and performance.
  • Managing relationships with the mortgage brokers.
  • Creating a relationship with the senior partners from the network.

What We're Looking For

  • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) (must have)
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing financial services or in a related leadership position.
  • Excellent people management and leadership abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of sales procedures, industry rules, and financial services.
  • Knowledge of KPI management and the capacity to pinpoint areas in need of development.
