Overview
Permanent, Full-time. Hybrid - 3 days at our Derby office, 2 days working from home. Up to £35,000 plus benefits.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build strong relationships with business owners, regional managers, and applicants.
- Support businesses through every step of the onboarding process with clear communication and a friendly, customer‑first approach.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, resolving queries and removing barriers.
- Support the Business Onboarding Manager with workflow coordination and team priorities.
- Complete internal and external checks to verify business legitimacy.
- Carry out detailed due‑diligence and reference checks to minimise risk.
- Maintain accurate records across systems and provider platforms.
- Escalate concerns appropriately to protect the integrity of our network.
- Track onboarding progress and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, compliant and audit‑ready.
- Support wider operational tasks where needed to keep things moving.
About You
You’re naturally curious, calm under pressure and love getting things right first time. You enjoy speaking with people from all backgrounds and can confidently juggle detail‑heavy tasks with friendly communication.
