We're looking for an experienced BI Developer to join our growing Data and Business Intelligence team.
Fluent Money are the biggest Second Charge Mortgage Broker in the UK, also specialising in First Charge Mortgages, Equity Release, Insurance and Bridging Loans.
Having joined the Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) Group in 2022, our cutting-edge technology and customer-first approach mean we're continuing to grow from strength to strength.
Please note this role is part of the Fluent Money team, as part of the MAB Group.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting, analytics and data solutions that support decision-making across the business.
You'll work with a variety of stakeholders, helping transform complex data into meaningful insights while contributing to the evolution of our data and reporting platforms.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, developing and maintaining reporting and Business Intelligence solutions.
- Creating and supporting ETL processes using SSIS.
- Developing reports using SSRS and SQL Server technologies.
- Working with stakeholders across the business to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Supporting and improving existing reporting, data warehouse and BI environments.
- Monitoring data quality and implementing improvements to ensure reliable business information.
- Investigating issues, identifying root causes and driving solutions through to completion.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of our data platform and future technology roadmap.
- What We’re Looking For
- You'll have strong technical skills combined with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong SQL / T-SQL development skills.

- SSDT / Visual Studio
- Experience developing reporting and Business Intelligence solutions.
