The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

Permanent - 37.5 hours, full-time Monday to Friday

Hybrid working – 3 days a week at our Derby office, 2 days working from home

About the role

This exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager has come at a crucial moment in MAB’s PMO team as our business grows and evolves as a digital-first, fintech business with big ambitions. Within your first 12-18 months, you will lead a highly impactful lead generation project to optimise how we generate leads for both existing and new customers, working closely with our Marketing and Tech teams to build out our customer portal to drive a rich, personalised customer-led experience. Longer term, you will lead scoping, defining and delivering projects across your portfolio. These projects range from major implementations with 3rd party providers to rapid delivery through our Agile development teams. Most of our projects include a significant element of Tech, while there are also a number of business change projects which sit at the heart of the business and will give you a deep insight into how MAB operates.

You will develop and maintain positive engagement and relationships with senior stakeholders, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and wider Tech and Marketing colleagues. Acting as a key player in the shaping and execution of your portfolio, you will work closely with the portfolio sponsor and business leaders.

About You

  • Strong Project Management experience with a significant Tech component through 3rd party providers and internal development teams.
  • Familiarity working in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to quickly and effectively adapt and respond to changing demands.
  • You are a self-starter who is confident working autonomously.
  • Experience of waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in the use of planning and control tools such as ADO.
  • Track record of managing multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience working as part of a PMO function would be desirable.
  • MarTech project exposure would be desirable.
