Job Description Mortgage Administrator – Opportunity to Progress into Mortgage Advice Derby - Office Based Contract: Permanent, Employed We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join our team at Mortgage Advice Bureau in Derby. We are looking for someone to join us on a permanent basis, with a fantastic opportunity to develop their career beyond mortgage administration and progress into mortgage advice. The Role Initially, you will join us as a Mortgage Administrator, supporting the team with the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage business and helping to deliver an excellent experience for our customers. Providing administrative support throughout the mortgage application process Progressing mortgage cases from application through to completion Supporting the wider mortgage team with day-to-day administration Helping to ensure customers receive a consistently high standard of service Develop Your Career in Mortgage Advice What makes this opportunity particularly exciting is the potential to progress into a hybrid Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Adviser role. As you develop within the business, we would like the successful candidate to begin supporting customers with more straightforward mortgage advice, including product transfers and remortgage business. This makes the position ideal for a strong Mortgage Administrator who is ready to take the next step in their career and would like to develop into mortgage broking within a supportive environment. For this reason, we would ideally like to hear from candidates who already hold their CeMAP qualification, or who have a strong interest in progressing into mortgage advice. Has previous experience working within mortgage administration Has a good understanding of the mortgage application and completion process Ideally holds CeMAP and has ambitions to progress into mortgage advice
