Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our busy team.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our mortgage application process.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Package, check, and submit mortgage and insurance applications accurately to lenders via various portals.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Proactively chase lenders, underwriters, solicitors, and estate agents to progress cases efficiently.
- Client Communication: Provide regular, reassuring updates to clients regarding the progress of their applications and handle inbound queries.
- Compliance & CRM: Maintain meticulous, compliant case notes and update records on our internal CRM system
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Previous experience working as a Mortgage Administrator, Case Manager, or within a financial services administrative role.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and accuracy when handling data and financial documents.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
